We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned to us in original condition and including all packaging. We may be unable to accept returns which do not comply to our policy.
Please take note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility. Parcels can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse unless sent via special delivery.
Processing your Refund
On receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware your credit card company may take several days to credit your account.
Duncan Walton products purchased online can only be returned to us direct and not through any of our stockists.
If the item you received is faulty, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will reply via email to let you know how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
